Make bookings more trustable by adding a confirmation prior to the finish.
Studies show that users are more likely to book again when they feel as though their information was processed fairly.
02.
-
Make adding a zip code in an easier to find spot. Users are more likely to add their zip code which will show local museums to them, leading to more bookings through our app

-
Make accounts an option, not a necessity. Study shows that if users can continue as a guest they are more likely to book on the spot.
